Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we offer warranty, returns, and refund services.
We offer a 100% guaranteed return on Lovetoyshub unopened and unused products within 14 days. The refund period will expire 14 days from the date Customer takes possession of the Product or a third party other than Customer's designated carrier takes physical possession of the Product.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will offer a resend/exchange/refund if you can provide pictures/videos to support your claim. Please note, however, that just because you don't like an item after receiving it or using it, it will not be considered defective. Due to the nature of the product and its use we are unable to offer refunds in these circumstances, thank you for your understanding.

Customers have the right to cancel orders before shipment without giving any reason. Please note, however, that once the package has shipped from our warehouse (i.e. we have sent you the tracking number), the order cannot be canceled.
What you need to know about canceling your order:
- Cancellation made within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 5% transaction fee (Paypal or your bank charges, we do not charge any cancellation fee)
- Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- If we have already shipped your order, then the order cannot be canceled, please understand.
