Section5 : Never received & Package was damaged by the carrier
If you never receive your package, please contact us ASAP and we will resend it for you.
If the package is damaged by the carrier, please complain to the local carrier service provider. At the same time, take some photos of the damaged product and send it to us, and we will assist you in handling it.
